YouTube has become a venue for
comics, young people, alternative movie makers, traditional media:
(ABC, CBS, NBC, BBC, CBC, CNN), you, me, he, she, it, and non-profit
organizations to spread their messages to the world. Lately I posted a
fella named Fred, a 14 year old that makes me that kids are more gifted
comics then adults in some of the days. (Disclaimer: I am an adult, but
kid at heart.) Now Fred was featured on CNN.
Hint: The gal held a glass, and it's water.

All right now, we know that
YouTube has some bit of legal woes now. Here now instead of speaking of
that, I would like to point out to you on one particular person- on the
site- Fred's Channel. He is a 14 year old young fella with a 6 year old
chipmunk voice with an anger management issue. He is a number 3 most
subscribed of all time on YouTube. These videos are popular among the
teenage range. Why? Its because he did not try to be funny and he has a
personality that people can identify- the 6 year old chipmunk voice
with questionable hyperactive issues and maybe on medication? (Who
knows? I watched the videos to get some subtle hints). He is really
smart to create a personality that will identify among the YouTube
population and that is one way to draw and keep your audiences.
Statistics- He has over a million subscribers on YouTube.
Personally
I got a little hooked on his voice after seeing a video and an article
about him. These are the links that I recommend:

Where is your cellular phone, laptop, desktop computer with a camcorder, point and shoot camera that also serves as video and 24/7 citizen journalism? They are all around us now. I wonder if big companies like Viacom can really use money buy all now to retrieve all their ouches from the past? Or its the bandage to repair our more deepen broken system of

Featuring: Love and War: animated love story Sweden
The film is very cool and I am not willing to give too much out. Its available in iTunes for download for a cost, which is very reasonable. You can watch it on YouTube too. I believe that animation has a good future ahead online and off. Its amazing to see stories told in animation in an increasingly popular cultural society in which people are not too patient.
Craigslist now has a YouTube channel for Missed Connections folks to showcase their MIA to now. Its not self-made videos and these videos are pre-made in the studios in the black set. I wonder where all our shame goes now live online with the face on. Where is the anonymous fun anymore? Or missed connections could be more of a fun place to spice something up and spruce yourself into the introduction club?
Its the time of the year again to bring awareness to
December 1, AIDS Day. Its not just happening to people in Africa, its happening
to our neighbourhoods and to our world. There are more correlation to awareness
and that will bring power to more people to break down the barriers to the
stigmas of AIDS. Its one of the many that we will need to work to break down
the myths and more health/social issues that associated with AIDS.
There are various campagins all over the world, so surf online for more information. Knowledge is power.
CBS showed briefly on the un-glamourous side of the celebrity chef.
Think you want to be a chef? CBS' Rita Braver spoke to some industry insiders about what it takes to make it in the kitchen.

A phenomenon of chefs on TV in a 24 hour network creates more interest for cooking schools. Its not
crack up to be when people head to these institutions. I must be nuts to tell you this right? I am not. I
asked a few cooks and cooks to be that it may be glamourous to head to the culinary school to learn all
the trades of the tricks and all those French vocabulary. At the end, the job that you do are long, tedious,
hard and it can be rewarding if you are bound to get discovered. Or perhaps get ambitious with
creativeness and some money or some connection with Oprah or Ellen or YouTube can help. Who
knows?
There are some people who end up without the cook certificates and end up being famous, can you name
a few on top of your head? Martha Stewart as an example. I would also say if you have a willing chef to
take you on training you like Wolfgang Puck, that will be wonderful on the site work training you can ever
get in real life. Being a cook, from my experience, are very rewarding, but hard work. I am not here to
tell you the bad side of the cookery politics, because I think its for an apprentice to get its feet wet and
error to know where you really belong to the kitchen team.
The writer's strike in Hollywood can be newsworthy or not too worthy if you are next to your tube or not. Since this event is still developing, updates will be provided when available.
Or you can go online and watch YouTube for your continuous amusement hourly or by the minute.
Or writers like us could provide some solutions to
the WGA writers and the companies involved. Though, is these ideas of dealing
with labour dispute getting too old? Do we need new ways to deal with labour
issues because of new technologies development? Also with lower prices and
looking for their bottom-line first before the art?
Hollywood writer's goes to strike. My funnies will not be around for a while when writers like you're on strike. We will need to improvise. Or impoverish the other folks by the tickle effect?
