I saw a picture of Obama and McCain switched in color roles originally in BuzzFeed. This article appeared in Gaanabee, a Latino online gossip, culture, and lifestyle. When I saw Obama, he was dressed up as Halloween masked hero Arnold Schwarzenegger. McCain remind me of Colin Powell. I do hope rather then looks, qualifications will lead one of them to the office of the Presidency.

I watched McCain's appearance at SNL online, and if you noticed, Starbucks rolled out an advertisement letting you know you can have a free small coffee on Election Day. It is to push the vote. Did any of you see the advertisement on television too besides all the freebies they will offer? Any? Please do not hesitate leaving me a message.
Since McCain could not afford to buy millions dollar advertisement spaces, he and fake Palin went another way, parody Home Shopping Network.
In the other front, Halloween was the time for masked figures to campaign and sure they did. My journey was dampened when I did not find Barack Obama as a costume. Sigh!

There are widgets and gadgets for the 2008 US elections. I really like these little tools to keep up to date and have some fun to look at the candidates. Highlights of the gadgets: Candidates bobbleheads, Countdown widgets, Obama and McCain widgets by Kronomy- http://www.linkrook.com/336_US_Prez_Candidates
All or most of these widgets are featured in these entry or in a link.
President Bush's endorsement parody at the SNL to McCain and Palin was hahaha. The skit was poking fun of President Bush or the recent release of the movie- "W", by the director, Oliver Stone. I do not think they picked the right guy(Josh Brolin) to play Bush, the character. He is too complex and big in life himself. This following skit you look at is more focused at President Bush, not McCain and Palin's character
I really like US election season a lot. Besides all the politics, I noted a number of fun stuffs that I rather humor myself into despite of the economic downturn. Since Halloween will be coming soon, there are masks you can buy as I did blog about Caricatures of the US Presidential Candidates .
The Chicago Tribune website: HeadCandy blog have 4 caricatures of the US candidates by Halloween Masks -cartoonist Rick Tuma.
These 4 are for free and do it for yourself. You do not have to spend a dime oh well expect for the ink and the papers. Have fun!
Other notes: Obama and McCain went Alfred E. Smith Memorial Dinner on Thursday- Oct 16 and there were some humorous moments. Obama on the moment of why Bill Clinton is not on Obama's rally because he is doing charity deeds. Obama did not mind that.
