Before I read this article, I went and listened on an author: Kate Harding on fat acceptance. (Thats how I would say I conduct my life in someways.) Her recent book: Lessons from the Fat-o-sphere said that obesity is not the biggest health problem, expect in extreme cases. (I am not a health expert.) I haven't been overweight before, but I do witness people with chubby or slim bodies do have a rough time to keep up their lifestyles. Its work after your workday. Not that we don't enjoy our workouts, but if its work, we need to find a routine or food that we do enjoy, so that healthy lifestyles would not wane after a while. It would be understandable that somedays you would not have the whole hour to do your workout or eat a complete hearthy meal, but self-esteem has to do a great deal with your weight, would you think?

Unfortunately, this only applies to American readers. Gee, are they ever loving fast food? Tacos, wraps, chicken sandwiches to breads. Grain products are good, but when you head to fast food chains, they are mostly wheat types, which I personally think they are more of an allergen than good. White bread is not good either, but since I prefer rye type, not all places serve rye. Deli meats are mostly not my favorite because they are pork types. Bagels with shmears, hummus, and peanut butter are good for a lunch.
Stay tuned when I do have a chance to sought out healthiest place to eat elsewhere.
There is a slideshow of Surprisingly Unhealthy Foods that includes: pasta salad, baked beans, California rolls, pretzels, and you can see more in the article. The article was a bit sad and self-doubting. The author would feel better if there are fruits, vegetables and healthy stuffs on her grocery carts. Yes, that is all good, but isn't balance diet the best bet? Are we a bit too entailed on our diets that we forget how to enjoy food how they suppose to be?
