I could say that energy drinks do work in a limited way. I tried a number of them. Some of them are really more of sugar rather than nutritious. For example: Vitamin Water, FUZE, (not my fav) and anything that doesn't have too much juice content in them and loads of sugar.
I do like to make my own energy drinks in a shake form, 100% juice with what I need with what I want.
There are of course some good stuff to drink on the go: Ito En’s Tea’s Tea and Purple (I do not drink this on its own, I mix this with my shakes)
They are wonderful and pretty much now coming to the end :(
This year it sounded like the fruitful production were pretty much not very @ all. (due to the cooler season)
Meanwhile, I did took the opportunity to get some strawberries, honey, blueberries, grapes, blackberries, mushrooms, garlic, peaches, onion, and cheeses!
What am I going to eat now??? I would like to have more information besides some researches and results that are currently provided. Sigh, now eating is that vulnerable to the media? That's when I went and took a look again on Google News: on both sides: Conventional food as nutritious
Research misses the point
Would I eat organic food: yeah and would continue purchase food too.
I don't buy organic food because of health benefits! Organic foods does taste good though! Yeah, some conventional food does have its virtues!
Before I read this article, I went and listened on an author: Kate Harding on fat acceptance. (Thats how I would say I conduct my life in someways.) Her recent book: Lessons from the Fat-o-sphere said that obesity is not the biggest health problem, expect in extreme cases. (I am not a health expert.) I haven't been overweight before, but I do witness people with chubby or slim bodies do have a rough time to keep up their lifestyles. Its work after your workday. Not that we don't enjoy our workouts, but if its work, we need to find a routine or food that we do enjoy, so that healthy lifestyles would not wane after a while. It would be understandable that somedays you would not have the whole hour to do your workout or eat a complete hearthy meal, but self-esteem has to do a great deal with your weight, would you think?
In these trying economic times, this article stood out and now I ponder, can I eat for 67bucks a week? hmmm, I tried, but I will go pretty skimpy without my veggies or essential vitamins. I also would have to go without organic, nondairy cheeses, fresh vegetables, fruits, soy milk, (they are well, not cheap by litres), or those beans. Remember, beans aren't cheap at all by itself, you need the spices, that's expensive or else you will have a tasteless meal and don't forget the tomatoes.
I always want to cut the expenses, and do I ever, groceries will be the last few to be sacrificed. That is a luxury for the people below poverty??
