Earth is a complex planet that constantly are changing, true are our environment are in need to be cleaned up, but without the whole world's cooperation, or understanding the fact that it would harm our overall health, our food supplies, until then, our Earth would remain questionable.

I find this page when I randomly read my news of the day. I would like to see if I can find it in the library. It would be nice to know how this book was written and would it really lead me to vegetarianism. What do you think of this little kids book?
Yep, there are lots more books like these that are more political then vegetarianism.
People would say that I put my foot in my mouth when I say that tarsands are not just the sole to blame. (you can ask me more of why) Why? I now am witnessing the strike in the city where I am residing where kids could not go to public daycare, play in some of the parks due to: where temporary dumps are located, and I am not going to ramble on what else. When asked about what is more important to the country of Canada given the choices: environment or economy? You guess it right, its the money that speaks volumes. I would love to have our economy going, but is there also a way to make sure that we all can look at what we consume and what we can do to reduce too??? In terms of packaging, I have a tad of mixed messaging on that due to the fact that, common sense prevails when it comes to packaging and shipping safetly to the customers. Would you want your computer parts come in falling apart? Or your iPod screen shattered? Or your bluetooth all broken into pieces? Yes these have lots of packaging, but to reduce and to creatively think of reduce or even think about purchase a used or out of a box packaging from a store, like TigerDirect, you can save some money and some packaging(s).
Here are some of the pictures, but not limited to our current :( garbage woes
Recently, I have noticed that the environmental movement comes along pretty well while the economy is still not in the fairweather. In Toronto, Canada, recently we banned plastic bags, well, 5c for a plastic bags. In the foresee future, we will see ourselves carrying coffee cups, recycling almost 100% of our garbage...
Meanwhile in San Francisco, if you throw your food scraps into the bin, you will be fined! Of course, I mean the garbage!
In Vancouver (British Columbia), Canada, you have the carbon tax!
In England: In 2003, a congestion charge was introduced to reduce traffic volumes in the city centre. With a few exceptions, motorists are required to pay £8 per day to drive within a defined zone encompassing much of congested central London. Motorists who are residents of the defined zone can buy a vastly reduced season pass which is renewed monthly and is cheaper than a corresponding bus fare..
On reusable garment bags: I don't spend the money for dry-cleaning since my high school kilts (I did not know better that it really did not really need dry cleaning) I was cheap by the end of my high school year. You know I think I was thinking of college at that time. Where did I end up? (a little workhorse, oh, you got to enjoy it to have some humor!) Those dry cleaning bills, what includes with my whole uniform, the jacket and the kilt cost a pretty bundle. Yeah, even though those kilts lasts a lot of washes, but it smells like dry cleaners! No wonder, I suffered at that time, allergies, when I think back of it. Dry cleaning, a decade or so later, are a bit better. I see some places are attempting to use eco-friendly chemicals, or cleaning stuff to dry clean your clothes. The good olde plastic bag always accompany with its contents! I only could hazily remembered that my dry-cleaning plastics would not go into wastebasket until the bag is well-worn. Its always being used again and again at that time. Even the hangers are used again and again. I was economical or maybe just my father passed the habit of keeping bags of dry cleaning bags afterwards when done to another jacket or suit.

If any of you don't know today is blogaction day. Various topics were discussed about. Here I am going to discuss briefly about an article that was mentioned in Foreign Policy: Why Climate Change Can't Be Stopped? Before I head on to this topic, I would like to highlight on what I also blogged about. I spoke about entertainment and technology and how it affects the environment. Water and environment changes. Recommendation of environmental books.
Now going back to why I brought up this article that was mentioned in the Foreign Policy. It fits well with what I am about to say. I have been noticing for fact that for enable to change or to slow down the effects of global warming, we need the money and the efficiently to do what we can to promote the change to the environment. We cannot afford to sugarcoated the datas and speak about unrealistic expensive goals like solar panels as our energy source. We cannot set goals that can do damage to our economy and our poor. We cannot set goals that no one have common understanding to. We need to link the health effects of everyday, in which people can link to environment pollutants. The government needs to set laws and regulations that can be fit to their own economy and environment with the cooperation with the international organizations environmental groups. We need to set goals that gives incentive for the poor to be environmentally friendly like giving back more money for purchasing environmentally friendly products. We need to provide peer educational materials and training for environmental awareness. We cannot leave the poor behind as the environment and the health of poor, elderly and young are more vulnerable due to pollutants. We believe in reviewing our ways of consuming our products and foods. Its not necessary of not flying too far away to a distant continent for a business trip or a cultural exchange, but its our possibility of bad habits that are hard to change. These are the only very simple points that I made and are not necessary critical to the environmental groups and issues.
